1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and jilibe.cam ("jilibe", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jilibe gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). You must not access or use the Services from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jilibe Services complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction of residence and physical location.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with jilibe. Creating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies regardless of whether the accounts use different personal information, email addresses, or payment methods. jilibe employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, jilibe reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any bets or wagers, forfeit any winnings, and confiscate any remaining balances.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credential Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify jilibe immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilibe employs industry-standard security measures to protect user accounts but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, is your responsibility until you notify jilibe of a security breach.

3.2 Account Misuse and Liability

You will be held liable for all activities, transactions, bets, and deposits made through your account. If you suspect that your account security has been compromised or that unauthorized transactions have occurred, you must immediately contact jilibe customer support. jilibe will investigate such reports but reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any transaction should be reversed or voided. In cases where account compromise results from your negligence in protecting your credentials, you may remain liable for any losses incurred.

3.3 Prohibition on Account Sharing

Your jilibe account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any other person or entity. You may not permit any other individual to access your account or use your credentials to play games or place bets on your behalf. Any such unauthorized sharing or transfer discovered by jilibe will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jilibe accepts deposits through various payment methods including, but not limited to, GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cash deposits at authorized retail locations such as 7-Eleven stores. The minimum deposit amount is Twenty Philippine Pesos (₱20.00). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposit processing times vary by payment method, with electronic wallet transfers typically completing instantly and bank transfers processing within one (1) to two (2) business days.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jilibe account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal or unauthorized activities. jilibe reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction reversal, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities as required by anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing and Requirements

You may request withdrawal of funds from your jilibe account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses received. Withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of request submission, though processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected and verification requirements. jilibe reserves the right to request identity verification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method, generally ranging from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status, verification level, and payment method selected. jilibe does not charge fees for withdrawals, though your payment provider or financial institution may impose fees which are beyond jilibe's control and for which jilibe bears no responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, jilibe implements strict compliance measures including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting. You agree to cooperate with any verification or investigation requests related to your account activity. Suspicious patterns such as depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without significant gaming activity may trigger enhanced scrutiny and potential account restrictions.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

Each game available on the jilibe platform operates according to specific rules which are accessible from within the game interface or through our help documentation. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before playing. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the actions of professional dealers following established procedures. Once a game round is complete and the outcome determined, that result is final and binding except in cases of clear technical malfunction.

5.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects game outcomes or transactions, jilibe reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stake amounts to player accounts. jilibe is not liable for any losses, damages, or loss of potential winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, network failures, server downtime, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control. Players are advised to immediately report any suspected technical problems to customer support.

5.3 Player Conduct Standards

You agree to conduct yourself with respect and courtesy when using jilibe Services, including when interacting with other players, live dealers, and customer support staff. Harassment, abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or any other inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, or any other behavior that jilibe determines, in its reasonable discretion, represents an attempt to gain unfair advantage. In cases of bonus abuse, jilibe may confiscate bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the offending account permanently.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership of Content

All content available on the jilibe platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, games, text, images, audio, video, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to jilibe and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent protections. The jilibe name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of jilibe and may not be used without express written permission.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, jilibe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit the Services; (b) modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software; (d) use any automated systems including robots, scrapers, or data mining tools to access the Services; or (e) frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate the Services into any other website or application.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using jilibe Services:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, identity theft, collusion with other players, or any other form of fraud or deception.
• Cheating or Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use bots or automated playing systems, or engage in any conduct that provides unfair advantage.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your jilibe account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining account balance subject to completion of all pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Once an account is closed, you will no longer have access to transaction history or account records, so you should ensure you have downloaded any necessary records before requesting closure.

9.2 Termination by jilibe

jilibe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or any other jilibe policy; (b) engagement in prohibited activities; (c) providing false or misleading information; (d) failure to complete verification procedures; (e) extended period of account inactivity; or (f) if jilibe determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued use of the Services poses legal or reputational risk. Upon termination by jilibe, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination results from violation of these Terms.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must immediately cease all use of jilibe Services. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

jilibe Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. jilibe does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall jilibe's total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your jilibe account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilibe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; or (c) your use or misuse of jilibe Services.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jilibe Services, you agree to first contact jilibe customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication with our support team.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.3 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or similar arbitration body in the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties. Notwithstanding this arbitration provision, either party may seek equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Services.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify

jilibe reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Changes may be necessary due to legal or regulatory requirements, business needs, security concerns, or improvements to Services. When material changes are made to these Terms, jilibe will notify users through prominent notice on the website, email notification to the registered email address, or notification upon next login to the platform.

12.2 Acceptance of Modifications

Your continued use of jilibe Services following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using jilibe Services and close your account. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

12.3 Effective Date

Severability

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of jilibe. jilibe may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and any rights and obligations hereunder at its sole discretion without restriction and without notice to you. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. jilibe's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Force Majeure

jilibe shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, or failures of third-party hosting providers.

Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event these Terms are translated into other languages and there is any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
